We design a range of custom equipment for the commercial fishing industry. Engineered for rough and tough conditions, this includes work consoles, mounting frames, hydraulic systems, powertrain system design, and other custom solutions.

PONTOON, BARGE AND FLOATING WORK PLATFORM DESIGN AND CERTIFICATION

Our consulting engineers are experienced in creating specialised designs for floating equipment—from pontoons to barges and work platforms. These design services include certification and cover all associated features such as internal framing structures, service hatches, equipment skid frames, operation and control equipment, as well as power systems.

CUSTOM LIFTING EQUIPMENT DESIGN FOR OFFSHORE LIFTING

Offshore lifting equipment design requires specialised knowledge for optimum and reliable performance. Our consulting engineers are well-versed in this area, using their experience and advanced tools to deliver designs in accordance with DNV (DNV-OS-H205) and LAME codes.

COMMERCIAL VESSEL REPAIR AND MODIFICATION DESIGN
Do you need to repair or modify your commercial vessel? We use reverse engineering on the part that is damaged or needs to be modified, then we provide a detailed drawings package that covers all the information you need to manufacture it.
